Journals and articles

As of September 2023, all library journals and some books have been moved to the Nuovo Archivio di Legnaro.

Institutional users or guests with a University library card can request journal articles through GalileoDiscovery.

Materials stored at the NAL are labelled as "Deposito Legnaro - Non prestabile"; e.g. RIV.1244.

Requests will be processed if they contain all the information necessary to locate the documents and do not exceed 15% of the publication as per Copyright Law (N. 633, April 22nd, 1941, Law n. 159, May 22nd 1993 and further modifications). No commercial use of copies is allowed and users are responsible for any legal violations.

Institutional users will receive the article by email, while guest users must pick up a printed copy at the library that owns the material.

How to search for a journal in GalileoDiscovery

Go to the JOURNALS SEARCH on the header

• if you know the title, type it into the search box and start your search.
• if you don't remember the title, browse the list by Category using the menu on the left, click on Physical Sciences & Mathematics and select the subcategory you are interested in.
