Bibliographic assistance
The University Library System provides information resources, tools, guides, and tutorials for bibliographic research, which can be carried out from the University's network and off-campus using the Auth-proxy service or Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication.
To guide and facilitate the user in querying online databases and catalogues, the libraries periodically organise free training courses on bibliographic research methods.

Users who need customized support in their bibliographic research activities can use the library staff's free bibliographic reference service. To arrange an appointment, get in touch with your library by e-mail, using the online form where available, or by going to the library reception desk during opening hours.
More information on how the service is provided, as well as contacts and opening hours, can be found on the libraries' web pages.
A chargeable service of bibliographical assistance with an operator is available at Biblioteca Medica Centrale "Vincenzo Pinali", whereby specialised bibliographies are issued to the guest user.
