Looking through the books of Cesare Musatti - Bibliographic exhibition

For the unveiling of a mural dedicated to him in his hometown of Dolo, the Metelli Library of Psychology celebrates the activities of an author, and passionate bibliophile, who a century ago played a leading role in the birth of the Metelli Library, and in the complex path that would lead to the first degree program in Psychology and the Faculty of Psychology.

By “looking” through the books owned by the library, written, edited or translated by him, and those dedicated to him, it will be possible to have an overview of the many cultural fields in which worked this passionate bibliophile and very versatile Italian intellectual of the twentieth century, who was a psychoanalyst, translator, writer, lecturer, librarian, man of science and civil commitment.
