- A presentation of a book and a talk about the excellent organizational realities
On Thursday 5 December at 5.30 p.m., in Room 2A of the Psico 2 Building, Via Venezia 12/2, the Central Library of Psychology ‘Fabio Metelli’ organises the meeting "Le realtà organizzative eccellenti: valori, principi, anima e identità" , presentation of Andrea Di Lenna's latest book Le radici nella tempesta published in 2024 by Grafiche AZ.
Talking about values is challenging and in some ways can be considered an anachronistic endeavour. Talking about them in an organisational context may seem like a gamble. But if we consider with Mintzberg that organisations are communities of human beings, and not containers of human resources, talking about values means being aware of one's own characteristics and going in search of the best ways to live a full personal existence and a corporate professionalism with clear guidelines to which one can draw inspiration. Guest speaker Andrea Di Lenna will discuss this with Francesca Pazzaglia.
Francesca Pazzaglia is Associate Professor of Psychology at the Department of General Psychology of the University of Padua, where she teaches Environmental Psychology and directs the Master in Architectural and Landscape Psychology.
Andrea Di Lenna is Director of Performando, he deals with managerial training, organisational consulting, experiential training and business coaching for national and multinational companies, he teaches Organisation and Management of Human Resources and Business Economics
Introduction by Massimo Ferrante, Director of the Central Library of Psychology Fabio Metelli.
Event with free admission subject to availability.
