Library holdings

The Library "Vincenzo Pinali" holds approximately 35,000 books and 3,004 print journals.

Journals

The Library System offers nearly 13,000 digital medical journals, accessible either freely or through the university network, or, if off-campus, via Auth-proxy or (Single Sign-On) SSO.

Issues prior to 1990 are stored at the Nuovo Archivio di Legnaro (NAL), where partial reproductions can be requested.

Books

Books published after 1989 are available at the Library’s main location, where they can be borrowed or consulted. Books published before 1990 are stored at the Nuovo Archivio di Legnaro (NAL), where they can be requested for loan or partial reproduction.

Additionally,  the Library acquires and makes available for students the coursebooks for all degree programs of the School of Medicine and Surgery.

Most of the monographic and serial holdings on site are on open shelves, thus freely accessible and consultable.
