Access and spaces

Access to the library is granted to both institutional and guest users.

Persons of full age who do not have a formal relationship with the University of Padua may also gain access.

 

Study places

There are 402 seats available for students and scholars, distributed over 17 rooms.

To stay in the library rooms, it is compulsory to make an online reservation through the Affluences service.

 

Places reserved for research staff

There are 20 places reserved for the University's research staff (lecturers, researchers, PhD students).

 

Equipment

In the front office room, there are 2 PCs dedicated to GalileoDiscovery consultation and 2 PCs for Internet use (authentication required).

4 notebooks are bookable through Affluences (authentication required).

4 multifunctional photocopiers are available, one of which is colour (in Room O0).

The Eduroam Wi-Fi network, reserved for university users, and the UNIPD_GUEST network are active within the library.

 

Instructions for use

The library is a study and research space accessible to all.
