Access
Access to the Library is open to institutional and guest users.
Books and journals are freely available on the shelves.
Welcoming and Orientation
The Welcoming and Orientation Service, active throughout opening hours, provides the information needed to best use library services.
Staff on duty at the Circulation Desk are also available to all users to provide initial guidance in selecting and using available information resources.
For personalized assistance in more advanced bibliographic research, the Bibliographic Assistance service is available.
Safety in the Library
The emergency workers' phone numbers are displayed at the entrance of the Library offices on the mezzanine floor.
Do not move chairs from one room to another and always leave aisles, escape routes, and emergency exits clear.
In the courtyard: park your bike in the proper spaces and leave the ramp clear for people with disabilities and loading/unloading of goods.
Spaces
The Library provides 122 reading seats (including 6 equipped with computers), in several rooms.
Making an online reservation via the Affluences service is mandatory for permanence in library rooms.
The reservation must be made in the name of the person who goes to the library. The booking option has been set up on Affluences with differentiated channels depending on the type of user.
