The library

The Central Library of Psychology “Fabio Metelli” manages the bibliographic holdings of the area of psychological sciences and related disciplines and provides support for research, teaching activities and public engagement of the three departments of the School of Psychology:

• Developmental and Socialization Psychology - DPSS
• General Psychology - DPG
• Department of Philosophy, Sociology, Pedagogy and Applied Psychology - FISPPA

In addition to the modern bibliographic holdings, the library has an extensive collection of tests and a Historical Section that holds the library materials owned by the first scholars of psychological sciences in Padua.

The library is located on the 5th and 6th floors of the PSICO2 building and benefits from the maintenance and technical assistance of the Multifunctional Hub of Psychology.
