The library

Formerly made up of several specialist libraries, since 2018 it has been called Central Law Library.

The rich collection includes books, journals, reference resources, course reserves, legal databases and a historical as well as an ancient collection.

The bibliographic heritage, formerly pertaining to the different institutes and departments of law, since 2014 has been assigned to the University Center for Libraries (CAB) which has promoted the establishment of the current Central Library, while maintaining a fragmented logistics of the sections, located both in Palazzo del Bo and in external building.

Over the years, the Library has developed its collections in the main subjects of law to become one of the largest and most well-provided law libraries in Italy.
