Study places
There are 96 study places, distributed in 6 rooms.
To stay in the library premises it is mandatory to make a reservation through the Affluences service. It is recommended to cancel unused or partially used reservations to make places available again.
Places reserved for research staff
Places reserved for research staff (teachers, researchers, research fellows, scholarship holders, doctoral students, postgraduate students and visiting professors ). There are 12, located in room 6 which can be booked through Affluences, excluding the Friday morning when this room is used as a coworking room.
Room 6 can be booked by anyone, but in case of need due to lack of seats, priority of the positions is given to the research staff.
Coworking room
Room 6 every Friday morning from 9 am to 2 pm is used as a Coworking room, which can be booked through Affluences, where it is possible to work in groups, respecting the silence of the adjacent rooms.
Equipment
In the front office room, there are 2 PCs dedicated only to consulting GalileoDiscovery.
In the PC Workstations room, are available 4 workstations for individual use of the Internet (access with SSO), which can be booked through Affluences.
Guest users will be provided with access credentials when registering for the University Library Service.
The network is active inside the library the Eduroam Wi-Fi, and reserved for university users.
Instructions for use
The library is a study and research space accessible to all.
