Computers and Wi-Fi

There is an open-access computer at the entrance to the library for consulting online catalogues.

In the reading room there are 3 computer workstations with internet access and 1 workstation dedicated to the use of ChemDraw Prime and the CCDC crystallographic database.

As set out in the Library's Regulations, the computer workstations are intended just for internet research related to the institutional purposes of research and teaching, in compliance with current legislation. Software installations of any kind are not permitted.

Most of the seats in the reading room are equipped with electrical sockets to facilitate the use of personal laptops.

There is also the possibility of using Wi-Fi in the reading room via the Eduroam network.

There are 16 laptops available for loan that can be requested at the counter. Rental laptops can only be used within the library.
