The library

The Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences (acronym: DSF) was established in 2012 as the result of the merger of the pre-existing Departments of “Pharmaceutical Sciences” and “Pharmacology and Anesthesiology,” which have always been the reference structures for research and teaching of drug sciences in the University of Padua.
In the same year, the Libraries of the two Departments, while each retaining its physical location, merged and gave rise to the Library of Pharmaceutical Sciences.

As of 2019, all library collections were moved to the building at Via Jappelli, 1/bis, which is now the sole location of the library.
