Coursebooks

The library provides textbooks for the courses of:

• Pharmaceutical Biotechnologies (Second cycle degree)
• Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Techniques (5 years single cycle degree)
• Pharmacy (5 years single cycle degree)
• Applied Pharmaceutical Science (First cycle degree)

Some textbooks are also available in eBook format, for example, those from the following publishers: EDRA, and Zanichelli, but to find out more you can search GalileoDiscovery.

If you know of a text recommended by a lecturer during a class that is not in the library, you can report it directly at the information desk or send an email to:

biblio.scienzedelfarmaco@unipd.it.

Textbooks in the Syllabus - see Educational offer, are linked to GalileoDiscovery via a magnifying glass icon that leads directly to the bibliographic information on that book.

Textbooks are located in the "DIDATTICA" section and are marked on the spine with colored stickers:

• red sticker = “Non Prestabile” - Not available for loan (internal reference only);
• yellow sticker = “Prestabile 1 giorno” - Short loan
  Books with a yellow sticker can be borrowed Monday through Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 a.m. of the following day and on Fridays from 11:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. on Monday or the first non-holiday day following. In addition, they can be borrowed for internal reference during library opening hours.
• green sticker = “Prestabile 15 giorni” - 15 days loan - Renewals are possible under certain conditions.
