Technical standards

EN, ISO and BSI standards online on the BSOL platform

Institutional users can consult the new BSOL platform:

  • EN standards, published by CEN and CENELEC, transposed by BSI
  • ISO standards transposed by BSI
  • native BSI standards

The subscription includes both the current and withdrawn regulations.
Access to the platform occurs via IP address from the University network or remotely via proxy.
Technical Standards can be viewed, printed and downloaded.
Unlimited users are provided both for access and for downloading and viewing documents.
The use of the standards is for study and research purposes only. It is not permitted to make any use other than institutional use, nor to transfer the standards to unlicensed third parties.

ASTM Compass

Access ASTM Compass, the digital library of the American Society for Testing and Materials.

The documentation covers the areas relating to the various branches of engineering: aerospace, biomedical, biotechnological, chemical, civil, environmental, geological, health and safety, industrial, materials, mechanical, nuclear, petroleum, geological and solar.

The subscription includes:
Standards Book and Related Materials, Journals, Special Technical Publications, Manuals/Monographs, Data Sets, Proceedings, Bulletins, Materials Research and Standards, ISO/ASTM Standards.

To access from outside the University network, consult the information for remote connection.

 

UNI standards

The paper collection is available to all users at the Central Engineering Library until 2011.
