ASIMOV Prize
The Asimov Price (in Italian) was established by the physicist Francesco Vissani, who was inspired by similar initiatives by the Royal Society.
The competition celebrates excellence in science communication and non-fiction.
Thousands of Italian students take part in the competition, casting their votes and evaluating the authors’ books to determine who receives the prize.
The library offers prize-nominated books from 2023 onward.
The books are located in the Atrio under the call number ASI-.
