Information on data processing
Dear Madam/Sir, we wish to inform you that the Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 ("General Data Protection Regulation") provides for the protection of people and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data. According to the indicated legislation, this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your privacy and your rights. In compliance with Legislative Decree 10 August 2018, n. 101, Provisions for the adaptation of national legislation to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data, repealing Directive 95/46 / EC - (GU General Series n.205 of 04-09-2018), we provide you with the following information:
- The data you supply will be processed to grant access to the services of the University Library System and its libraries
- The treatment will be carried out electronically
- Data will not be disseminated; it may be disclosed to other subjects only within the framework of the regulations in force
Thereafter, data may be kept in anonymized form for statistical purposes only.
